All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once verified, we will either send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
